Marlins,

Just a reminder that we have our Pep Rally today from 3-5 in the park, which will be followed by goodie bag delivery by our CITs for all swimmers going to Champs. CITs please come in your pink shirts and bring bikes, we will start delivering about 5:30 so Champs parents listen for a door bell ditch until about 7 PM. No dinner at Pep Rally or for CITs today, but snacks provided.  The end of season party tomorrow is for everyone, even if you didn't go to Champs, so please join us.  Keep an eye out for a final Champs info email later today.

PEP RALLY

Are you FIRED UP for the Marlins Pep Rally on Saturday? Bring your Marlins spirit to lead the team to Champs victory this Saturday in Greenmeadow Park from 3:00-5:00 pm. We will have spirit activities like making flags and signs to bring to the event, nail and hair color, team cheers, and a few (green) snacks. And you won’t want to miss the coach pie toss for the winner of the Swim-a-Rama!

CITs just a reminder to please help a the various Pep Rally stations and arrive at 2:30 if you are able to help set up. 

We will also have our Swim-A-Rama winners throw pies in the coaches faces, so the following swimmers should be practicing their pie throws:

CHAMPS GOODIE BAGS

If your 12 and under swimmer is going to Champs, we have a tradition of having the CITs dress up in silly clothes and deliver goodie bags. They do a slow door bell ditch so that the kids can spot them as they run away and they will leave bags on your doorstep. Please try to keep it as a fun surprise for the littles and listen for the door bell between about 5:30 - 7:00 PM. If you have recently moved, please let me know so that we don’t go to your old address.

END OF SEASON PARTY: Sunday 7/14 @ 6-9 PM

Everyone is welcome to join us in the park at 6 PM on Sunday for our Awards Night. All swimmers 12 and under (including our No Meet swimmers and Jr. Marlins) will receive a participation medal. We will have several other awards in various categories. Pizza and cake will be served and then the kids have a final big splash and fun in the pool. It’s a great way to wrap up our season.
