As we race towards Champs there will be a lot of information coming your way! One special thing about Champs is that there is a physical program with all the heats/lanes that you can buy.  As part of the program, parents put in little "ads" congratulating their children about a great season. The kids love seeing themselves in print and it makes a nice collectable.  You can also sponsor an event so your swimmers name could be listed as the event sponsor if they have a favorite event. If you'd like to enter an "ad" or sponsorship they are due next Friday, June 28th. The information on how to submit and pay for one is below and in the attached flier.  I've also attached some samples of ads I sent in last year, but a heads up that the ads print in black & white in the program.

CHAMPS PROGRAM ADS/SPONSORSHIP: Due June 28

This is an opportunity for families to create an "ad" in the Champs program to celebrate their swimmer, or thank the coaches, or show team spirit, or... the possibilities are endless! You design the ad, and you can be as simple or creative as you want to be. AND/OR, you can opt to sponsor an event. You choose the event, and your sponsorship is listed on a page in the program. Families can sponsor an event, and so can businesses!

How much does it cost? Ads cost only $15, $20, or $30 for 1/4 page, 1/2 page, full page, respectively. Sponsorships cost $10 per event. The ad form is attached, which you will need to complete and send to Beth @[email protected].

Payment is either via check (see address for payment in attachment) or Venmo payment to @Elizabeth-Sevilla-19 (add “Champs Ad” and your name and email in notes). All proceeds go to help the league offset the cost of the Championship meet (which is considerable). And, athletes love to see their names in the program.

All forms, artwork, and checks are due Friday, June 28th.
