Marlins!

Coming up this week we have our morning practices starting (swimmers are welcome at morning or afternoon practices, not both, schedule here), a new 7-8 PM practice on Tues/Thurs only for our 13+ swimmers, a family potluck Friday Night Dinner (6/7 5-7 PM), our first away meet at Eichler (6/8 9-12, warm ups at 8), and a Luau Party on Saturday night from 7-9 PM! Please sign up for Eichler and RSVP for the FND and Luau party.

If you didn’t get your free t-shirt or personalized caps (if you bought them), we will be handing them out Friday 5-7 PM during the FND. Remember all our swimmers get a free t-shirt even if you signed up for "No Meets," so come on by!

CUPERTINO HILLS RESULTS

Wonderful first dual meet to kick off with a win and nearly 60% of all races were personal bests - wow! Our own Morgan Germanow got the first record of the summer in the 15-18 breaststroke - Congrats Morgan! You can pick up the personal best ribbons and place ribbons in the ribbons box in the breezeway. Usually the ribbons are there by the Thurs. after each meet. The results are attached and some littles get confused by heats and think they won a race only to have a later heat swim faster, so please do your best to explain the places if they don’t get the place ribbons they expect.

EICHLER OPEN: Sign up by 6/5 @ 7PM (swimmers here and jobs here)

Only two more days to sign up for our Eichler meet on 6/8 from 9 - 12 (warm ups earlier). This will be an away meet at Eichler. This is always a fun meet with our friendly cross town rivals. Many of the swimmers and parents have friends there so please exhibit and encourage our best sportsmanship and respect.

FAMILY POTLUCK FND: JUNE 7TH 5-7 PM (RSVP HERE)

Back by popular demand! FND POTLUCK! Please use this as a way to RSVP to know how much food to plan for, as well as if you'd like to contribute. This is a great fundraiser for our Marlin Swim Team and really brings the team together! Please bring an index card or post it with your ingredients. Plates will be $10 and we will hopefully have a variety of food to share! THEME: ITALIAN. While we LOVE homemade, we also welcome store/restaurant bought items. LUAU PARTY SATURDAY: JUNE 8TH 7-9 PM (RSVP HERE)

Join us for a special Marlins Luau Party on Saturday, June 8th, 7-9 pm at the Greenmeadow pool. We'll have Hawaii-themed snacks, ukulele lessons, a photo booth and karaoke. Please sign up here if you'd like to attend so we can get a headcount for food.
