Just a reminder for our 10 and under swimmers and CITs about the Dive Clinic today. There are still spots available and this is a fun way for the little and big kids to get to know each other a little better too. 10 and under swimmers, please sign up here.
If you have a 10 and under swimmer who wants some dive practice, our CITs will be putting on free dive clinics for Marlins and Jr. Marlins on July 9th from 10AM - 12 PM in 30 min blocks. You will need to sign up to participate and please limit sign ups to one per swimmer per day. CITS please just show up if you have time in that range. The CITs will be teaching the dive progressions in these videos:
