Saratoga Woods, FND, and Dive In Movie

Marlins,

You will want to take a moment to look through the incredible photos Jessie Chen took at our Eichler meet (here). Thank you Jessie for capturing our team spirit and especially all our amazing seniors!  Thanks to everyone who contributed in money, time, and laps to our Swim-A-Rama!  More details on that will be coming soon, so stay tuned.

FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER AND DIVE-IN-MOVIE

I hope you all swing by the pool tonight for our BBQ Friday Night Dinner (starting at 5:30 PM). The Giffens always put on a delicious spread! Be sure to come back again tomorrow night for our Dive-In-Movie to watch Bad Guys starting at 7 PM (Please RSVP here). Thanks to Oliver and Amy Lee for taking the lead on this fun event. Kids may bring floaties to enjoy the movie while floating the pool. Only light snacks will be served, so please have your kids eat dinner before coming.

SARATOGA WOODS: Tomorrow (Directions)

Our Saratoga Woods meet tomorrow is an away meet and it is going to be an extra exciting because they are the only other undefeated team and we have accepted their challenge of having parent relays! If you would like to participate on a parent relay, please bring your gear and make sure you get a good sleep since this will no doubt be the highlight of the meet. I’ve attached the athlete sheet, a primer on how to read the athlete sheet for event/heat/lane with a diagram of what to write on their arm, and the current job sign ups. Please see below for info and timeline.

If you need to cancel your meet job for any reason, please contact Christine Hodson @ [email protected] or on 650-799-8093 so she can find back up volunteers.

GENERAL INFO:

  • Saratoga Woods is located at 12341 Saratoga Creek Dr, Saratoga, CA 95070, USA — Directions. It is about a 25 min drive from Greenmeadow and you will need to arrive by 8:00 AM.
  • Greenmeadow sets up on the grass behind the diving blocks.
