We still have space for our 10U Dive clinic this morning at the 10:30, 11:00, and 11:30 time slots so if you have a 10U swimmer who wants to join, you can still sign up here.  

If you are not able to make the clinic and would like to work with your swimmers on their dives on your own time, below are two videos that show the steps you’ll be guiding the swimmers through for their dive progression. Many new swimmers may not get past the sitting dive, but it's good to see the next phases and how to help them get there.

The main goal of the dive clinics is to have a good time and for our CITs to get to know some of our younger Marlins for some community bonding, but hopefully learn some dive skills in the process.
