Eichler Meet Details

Marlins,

Hope you all swing by the pool tonight for our taco truck Friday Night Dinner and don’t forget to come back on Sunday morning (10 - 12) for our pancake feast and rock party. You can prepay for pancakes here or you can purchase on the day as supplies last. Sunday @ 10 AM is the final deadline to sign up for Champs. Please sign up now here for events and here for jobs. If Eichler is your first meet, you can sign up once the meet is finalized.

Our away meet against Eichler tomorrow is our last dual meet and everyone will need to arrive by 8 AM. If you need to cancel at the last minute for whatever reason, please email Christine Hodson @ [email protected] so she knows to find back-up volunteers.

Eichler is located at 3539 Louis Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94303. This is about 10 min from Greenmeadow and you will need to arrive at 8:00 AM.

  • Our designated team area is on the grass area behind the starting blocks.  If you go into Eichler turn left and look for our team behind the blocks. Eichler sits on the side grass area by the tennis courts.
  • You may use the Eichler parking lot.
  • Marlins may only warm up during our time, which is 8:20 -8:50 AM, you cannot be in the pool during Eichler’s warm ups.
  • Please remind your swimmers to be good sports - everyone should stay in the pool until all swimmers finish and should say “good swim” or something friendly to their competitors.

Below is a timeline and general overview. I’ve attached the athlete sheet, a primer on how to read the athlete sheet for event/heat/lane with a diagram of what to write on their arm and the current job sign ups.
