Please see below for reminders that there is no regular moring or afternoon practice today in light of our Swim-A-Rama this afternoon, our last dual meet against Eichler meet closes today @ 5, and Champs is closing on Sunday @ 10AM.  Also at 10AM on Sunday is our famous and always delicious Pancake Breakfast & Rock Party, which is open to Marlins, GMCA, and you can bring your friends too -  buy your pancakes here before they sell out!

MEET DEADLINES

Final reminder that the Eichler meet this Saturday closes today at 5:00 PM sharp. This is our last dual meet of the season and it’s always a fan favorite. You can sign up here for jobs and here for events. If you haven’t swum in a dual meet, this is your last chance to swim so that you are eligible to compete at Champs since Champs requires swimming in at least one dual meet to compete at Champs.

Please take a moment to also sign up for Champs, which closes on Sunday June 26 @ 10:00 AM (not 5:00 PM). Please sign up now here for events and here for jobs (preferred jobs will go quickly - don’t delay!). This is a hard stop since they need to combine data from all teams. Champs will be on July 10th from 9-3 PM (with warm ups earlier) at Independence High School. As long as you have swum in 1 dual meet all Marlins and Jr. Marlins are welcome, there are no time cut offs or requirements. If Eichler is your first meet, you will have to wait until those results are finalized before SwimTopia will let you sign up for Champs.

SWIM-A-RAMA - TODAY

Also a reminder that we will not have regular morning or afternoon practices in light of our swim-a-rama that will take place by age groups at the following times:

• 8U @ 4-4:30pm
• 9-12 @ 4:45-5:30
• 13 + @ 5:45-6:45

There will be lots of fun and raffle prizes, including the chance to throw whipped cream pies in the coaches' faces for the highest donors. Please donate here. Swimmers must have one donation in their name to be eligible for the prize raffles. We are trying to raise $5K for a new team shed, more shade tents for meets, and other equipment upgrades.
