CITs,

Please come to Greemeadow tomorrow at 10:30 AM for a quick CIT meeting and then a Teaspoon 5K.  You are welcome to walk/jog/run your way to the Teaspoon on Middlefield and back to GM for a 5K.  Please bring money for a tea/treat and wear your CIT shirt.

FRIDAY SPLASH COMPETITION

We are also looking forward to our first ever CIT Splash Contest this Friday @ 7:00 PM. We are going to recruit some little kids to keep score and there will be a prize for the winner. Start practicing those cannonballs and coming up with your splashy nickname! 

LAURELWOOD MEET JOBS

You all did a great job at the last meet and lets keep it up at Laurelwood.  This is an away meet, so we won't need a false start diver. The meet sign ups are here.  In the relays, please remember to hold your swimmers' hands until the other swimmer touches if you are at the shallow end and tell them to wait for your OK to dive.  We had a good number of false starts from over eager swimmers.
