Free 8U Dive Clinic Sun (5/15)

We will be having a free CIT dive clinic for our 8 & Under swimmers (including any Jr. Marlins) this Sunday, May 15th, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. These will be in 30 minute blocks with up to 6 younger swimmers per group (sign up here). Please don’t expect your swimmers to come away knowing how to dive after such a short period of time, the main point is to start making connections with the older swimmers and to build some confidence with diving. We also hope to host more on June 5th and June 19th depending on CIT availability.

We could use some more CIT’s to sign up too! No experience is necessary, anyone 13 or older can sign up to help. It’s about providing some basic instructions and encouragement.

For the benefit of those who can’t make it, below are the dive progressions the CITs will be teaching. You are welcome to practice these on your own.
