Time Trials and Pancakes Tomorrow (3/5)
Marlins,
Hope everyone is feeling excited about our Time Trials and Pancake Breakfast tomorrow. The time trials will start at 9 AM sharp, so please arrive by 8:40 (timeline below). Angela Sherry’s amazing sourdough pancakes will be served from 10 AM - 12 PM, which you can purchase in advance here until 5 PM tonight or at the clubhouse on Saturday while supplies last.
The athlete sheet is attached, which has swimmers heats/lanes, and volunteer sign ups are attached. You can also use the SwimTopia app to see heats/lanes and jobs.
We will be following the Santa Clara County and CA recommendations that masks are strongly recommended, but they're not mandated if you are vaccinated. However, we will require masks for all volunteers who will be preparing and serving the pancakes.
If time permits, the coaches will run medley relays at the end for swimmers who want to participate. These are usually the highlight of meets for both kids and parents. Relays will be determined by the coaches at the time trials and it can get a little chaotic, so please be patient with the process.
