Marlins,

A big thanks to everyone who helped with the Pancake Picnic, and extra thanks to Angela Sherry for prepping and cooking 600 + pancakes! Another shout out to everyone who volunteered and helped create our new rock garden. It is such a cheerful and colorful addition to our park!

INNER TUBE WATER POLO - CITS ONLY- TOMORROW (6/22) 7-9 PM

CITs don’t forget that tomorrow night is inner tube water polo from 7-9 PM. We will serve pizza after, so get ready to build up an appetite paddling and passing. The rules are here, but this is all in the spirit of fun, so the refs have final say on the rules and they may make up their own! Inner tubes will be provided.

MEET SIGN UP DEADLINE- WEDS (6/23) 5:00 PM

Our June 26th Virtual Meet against Brookside closes this Weds. (6/23) at 5:00 PM. Please don’t forget to sign your swimmers up for their events here and sign yourself up for a meet job here. We will count the swimmers’ best times in all four individual events for the virtual champs, so maybe do a variety of events over the next two meets. Swimmers may sign up for 3 events plus the IM. Please speak with the coaches if you have questions about the IMs or individual events. As usual, the coaches will do the relays.

SATURDAY NIGHT TACOS - JUNE 26TH 5-7 PM

Saturday night, come on back to the pool and park to enjoy some yummy dinner. El Grullense taqueria grill will be in the parking lot selling tacos. Free soft drinks and popsicles courtesy of the Marlins. Open to ALL. Bring your chairs for a picnic and take the night off from cooking.

DIVE CLINIC - SUNDAY JUNE 27TH 9-11 AM

We will be hosting another dive clinic on Sunday, June 27th from 9-11 AM for our 10 and under swimmers. We have several CITs signed up for all sessions, so it will be great! Please sign up here.

SWIM-A-RAMA UPDATE

I'm not sure how we can thank Mari for all her hard work putting together a successful and fun swim-a-rama! Maybe she can join the coaches with getting a pie in her face? Thank you to all of our donors and swimmers. We have raised over $7,000, which is just incredible, and will go a long way towards getting our new lane lines and supporting our social events. It’s not too late to donate here.

We have decided to do the prize raffle and pie throwing during our Pep Rally on July 9th from 4-6 PM since the whole team will be together instead of in two different sessions. This way it also won’t slow down our meet too much.
