Hope everyone is excited about the time trials tomorrow to finish off our Fall Conditioning season. A big thank you to our amazing coaches for all their hard work and hope they enjoy a well deserved relaxing two week break.  

Below is the time line for tomorrow and the heats/lanes, athlete sheets, and job sign-ups are attached - thank you volunteers! 

11+ Swimmers

• Arrive 10 min before your warm up time (7:00 - 7:45 slots) if you are warming up.  There are still slots available.
• 7:45 am arrival time if you are not warming up and for all volunteers.
• 8:00 -10:00 am time trials in order of fly, back, breast, free, IM

10 U Swimmers

• 9:45 arrival for all swimmers and workers, but please stay out of the pool area and gather in the park.
• 10:00 - 12:00 time trials in order of fly, back, breast, free, IM
