Just a reminder that our next time trials is this Saturday (11/21) and the deadline to sign up is Weds (11/18) @ 5:00 pm. For those of you already signed up, we are looking forward to seeing you and please remember to sign up to volunteer. We are currently short timers for both sessions.

To make the groups more balanced, the earlier group will be for swimmers aged 11+ from 8:00 - 10:00 am and our 10U swimmers will be from 10:00 - 12:00. We will go back to our normal order of fly, back, breast, free, IM. The events will be mixed gender and the distance choices are:

10U - 25s and 50s of each stoke and 100 IM

11-12 - 50s of each stroke and 100 IM

13+ 50s and 100s of each stroke and 200 IM

You may sign up for 1 distance per stroke plus the IM for a max of 5 swims. Please encourage the younger swimmers to try something new without fear of being DQed. Since this will be a simple time trials, the event is free!

VOLUNTEERS

We do need volunteers for clerk of course and timing, so please sign up to help here. You don’t need any experience for either job and it’s a big help for the coaches.

11+ WARM UPS

The older kids may sign up for warm ups starting at 7 am here. Please have siblings share a lane.

SIGN UP INSTRUCTIONS & NOV. 18th DEADLINE

Please sign up by Weds., Nov. 18th at 5:00 pm. The sign ups will close automatically at that time. It does take a few days to finalize the heats/lanes, so we appreciate your attention to the deadline.

There are detailed instructions regarding how to sign up for jobs and meets here. For these time trials, you can find the meet sign ups here or on the right side of our website. Once in the event, you can scroll down to see the edit button under your children(s) name (s) :

After hitting "Edit," you need to go to the drop down menu for each swimmer and select “Attending this meet. ” Then you’ll see all of the available events for the swimmer’s age. You need to check the box next to each event to enter. Please don't forget to hit the “Save” button at the bottom to finalize the entries.
