All,

We've had several new members join since our Coaches' presentation on June 3rd, so I wanted to circulate the attached information that was discussed in that meeting and ask everyone to review in particular the sections on Parent Responsibility, Equipment, and Entering & Exiting the Pool.

The presentation mentions that parents will not be allowed in practice to limit the number of people in the pool; however, if you have children 8 and under, or who otherwise may need assistance, we ask that one adult does stay to help with social distancing and other logistics before, during, and after practice.  For example, the coaches will not be able to help your children if they have goggle or other issues during practice, but you would be able to help as the adult on site.

There is no rush to get the equipment by Monday since the coaches can modify the practices until your kids have the gear. You may purchase the equipment from our SwimOutlet Store or any other vendor of your choice.
