Greenmeadow offers Fall (post-season) and Winter (pre-season) conditioning practices year round. This Conditioning program is for motivated swimmers of all levels who are seeking a chance to continue their swimming skills, while having fun doing it! Swimmers will work on maintaining endurance and receive technical feedback from coaches to improve their strokes.
These practices are offered three days per week (days vary by session) and they are open to all GMCA members.
The pool is heated year-round and your kids can discover the joys of swimming in the rain! These practices are often less crowded, which provides more opportunities for stroke instruction.
There are no official meets in the off-season, but we do try to throw some fun and community building events such as our Halloween themed Scary Distance Meet and a Polar Plunge.
